How to Purchase a Product
All products available in our online store can be purchased. In-stock products will be shipped immediately. Products that are unavailable at the time of order will be shipped as soon as possible. Every order implies acceptance and payment obligation.
- Minimum Purchase Amount: The minimum purchase amount is €150.
- Availability: Products offered for sale and delivered by the Seller are subject to stock availability at the time of the order. Products may be modified without prior notice, and the Seller is not liable for temporary or permanent unavailability.

Steps to Place an Order

Prices and Compensation

Payment

Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on third-party shipping companies. Estimated delivery times are:
- Spain (mainland) and Portugal: 4–6 business days.
- Balearic Islands: 10 business days.
- Canary Islands: 15 business days.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and calculated during checkout.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the product’s delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with EU regulations. Returns are accepted if the product is in resalable condition, even if packaging is opened, unless hygiene or safety requirements dictate sealed packaging.
Contact nupik@nupik.es to initiate the return process. Once approved, customer service will provide a shipping label and return instructions. Refunds are processed within 14 days upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Risk and Ownership
- The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery (per Incoterms 2010).
- Ownership transfers upon receipt of full payment.
