What are the available payment methods?
We offer different payment methods such as debit or credit cards (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard), PayPal, Bancontact, iDeal and more.
How long will it take to receive my parcel?
If you order before 10 am, we will ship the next day. Please, allow 1-4 days for the postal service to deliver your package. If the order didn’t arrive after 5 days, please, get in touch with us so we could further investigate.
How can I track my order/delivery?
All orders are shipped in partnership with DPD. Once the order is handed over, you will receive a link to track your order.
How can I return a product?
You can return products within 14 days after they have been shipped under certain conditions.
- You ordered too much and don’t need one or more boxes. We accept only unopened complete boxes in the original packaging.
- Items in the box are damaged or have a quality issue. For example, the whole box is damaged during delivery, or some items in the box are not of the right quality.
Contact us as soon as possible after the items are delivered to process the return and potentially arrange a new delivery.
What if my ordered item arrives in imperfect conditions?
If you receive your order and some items appear faulty, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form. We will then investigate and arrange a replacement for the products.
I’d like to order large quantities; how do I request a quote?
If you need large quantities (more than 5000 pieces), please contact us via our contact form. Our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible with further information.
