When Can I Return Products?

Ordered Incorrect Products or Quantities?
If the products are in good condition, complete, and in their unopened original packaging, you can return them within 14 days of delivery.
We only accept unopened boxes unless there is a significant quality issue due to the risk of food contamination. As all our products are designed for contact with food, we cannot guarantee the hygiene of opened packages. Therefore, we can only accept returns in unopened boxes.

Found Significant Quality Issues After Opening the Box?
Although we closely monitor our products at our production facilities, errors can occur. If there are major quality defects or significant quantity discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, please contact our customer service (nupik@nupik.es) within 14 days of discovering the issue, including photos. Our customer service team will inform you about the refund process.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject returns based on claims of poor quality if the products have been used or stored improperly.


How Can I Return Products?

Contact our customer service via the contact form or by emailing nupik@nupik.es with your request. After receiving the information, our customer service team will provide a return form within 48 hours. Once the completed form is received, we will provide you with a return label if your products are in good condition, complete, and in their unopened original packaging.
If a quality issue is found, we request you provide evidence of the defect by sending photos of the damaged products. We will investigate the issue and inform you if your request has been accepted. Once approved, we will begin the refund process for these products.


How Can I Get My Money Back?

We work with an external payment provider; therefore, the refund will be made via the original payment method and credited once the product has arrived at Nupik by deSter and been verified to be in proper condition.


Are Return Costs Covered?

Return costs are not included in our prices. If you wish to return products due to an incorrect quantity or item ordered, we kindly ask you to cover the return shipping costs.

Guarantees and Claims

The seller guarantees that, at the time of delivery, the products meet the agreed specifications and are fit for normal use. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided. Minor variations in size, weight, colour, or material are not considered defects and are insufficient grounds to reject products, demand guarantees, or claim liability.

Upon receiving the products, you must inspect them for any visible damage or defects. If any issues are found, you must submit a claim within 48 hours of discovery. If you do not notify us in writing within this time, the products will be deemed accepted, and no further remedies will be available.

If the seller was unaware of any damage or defects that were not visible, they will not be held liable for any losses or damages. If you receive non-conforming products, requesting a refund is your sole remedy.
