When can I return the products?
Have you ordered wrong products or wrong quantity?
If the goods are in good conditions, complete and in their unopened original package, you can return them within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
We accept only unopened boxes unless there are no major quality issue due to food contamination risk. As all our products are made to contact with food, we cannot guarantee the hygiene of opened packages. Therefore, we can only accept returns on the unopened boxes.
Have you detected major quality issues after opening the box?
Even though we’re closely monitoring our products in our production facilities, mistakes can happen. If there are major quality breaches or large quantity differences between what you have ordered and received, we would like you to contact our customer service within 14 days of detecting the quality issue with pictures and our customer service will inform you on the refund process. Beware, we reserve the right to refuse returns based on poor quality claims if the products are used or stored in unsuitable conditions.
How can I return the products?
You can contact our customer service via the contact form or by sending an e-mail to shop@dester.com with your request. Upon receiving information, our customer service will provide you with a return form within 48 hours. Upon receiving the filled form, we will provide you with a return label if your products are in good conditions, complete and in their unopened original package.
If you encountered a quality issue, we ask you to provide us with the proof of quality breach by sending us the pictures of the damaged products. We will investigate the issue and inform you whether your request is accepted. Upon acceptance, we would start the refund process on these goods.
How can I get my money back?
We are working with a third-party payment provider; therefore, refund will be made via the original payment method. There will be no charge incurred for the refund transaction itself. We will refund the cost of items as soon as possible and you will be informed via e-mail.
Are the return costs covered?
The return costs are not included in our prices. If you would like to send products back due to ordering wrong quantity or item, we kindly ask you to pay for the return costs.
